Hi, my name is Nico and I'm from Hawai'i. I've been living in Oregon for quite awhile now. I've always enjoyed baking, but it wasn't until the pandemic that I really dove into it as a serious hobby. It brought me so much joy and still does.

Over the past few years, baking has helped me cope with some heavy emotions in my life--it's like a boost of serotonin. I've shared some of my bakes in the past and the feedback has always been positive. I also found that helping Three Mugs Public House put together their menus gave me the courage to start this lil' project of mine--Serotonin Bake Shop. A pop-up bakeshop that takes preorders for pickup in the Portland-metro area.
